A total of 12 teams registered for the event out of which 6 got selected to the finals. The event was conducted in offline mode at IT seminar hall on 12th May 2022 and 14th May 2022. On 12th May 2022 there were three stages first was the Quiz which consisted various questions of aptitude, entrepreneurship etc. The second stage was the Situation Reaction Test and the last was the Product Tag line challenge. The final event was conducted on 14th May 2022 named as Marketing Marshal in which team were given a product for marketing in which two judges were called Mr. Pankaj Gaikwad CEO of Nisarg Fresh and Mr. Ashitosh Gaikwad who is Manufacturing Solutions expert at TCS. The coordinators of the event was the whole EDC team.

Malviya incubation and innovation centre, MNIT, Jaipur About the Hackathon: The main objective of #InnovateToINSPIRE Hackathon is to identify top workable business solutions around the data being captured through EESL's programmes like 'National E-Mobility Programme', 'Smart Meter National Programme' and 'Street Lighting National Programme'. These Hackathons are being organised to accelerate the entire ecosystem and find data analytics cases that can be adopted to enhance consumer experience and develop business models to commercialise this database.
Inauguration Program

EDC have arranged an Inauguration program of Entrepreneurship Development Cell for students of Government College of Engineering Aurangabad for making entrepreneurial culture among students and want to make students aware about entrepreneurship. Sanjay shidhye, Suresh Shakkarwar, Ashutosh Navendar were present as chief guest in Program. EDC have arranged an open discussion about Startup, incubation, investment and all with first generation with have also showed progress of EDC in last year and future plans with the help of PowerPoint presentation. There were 250+ students present for the program. The guest of this Program are Suresh shakkarwar, Ashutosh Navendar, Sanjay Shidhye.
Idea Competition

The competition was started at 5pm after the inauguration program in the IT seminar hall of our institute. The competition was assessed by faculty coordinator of EDC club Dr. A.M. Nikalje and core team members of club. There were 80-85 students participated in the competition. The top ideas from these were presented in front of technical committee of institute from which 3 ideas were selected for MSME.
Lean Canvas lecture for students

Our institute is in process of registering for MSME policy. Our institute has to submit at least 10 ideas for Incubation. Pitching session has been arranged for the same in which students presented their ideas in front of college technical committee. Out of 9 teams presenting, 4 teams were selected for incubation recommendation. External Expert for this session was Prashant Deshpande. College technical committee includes departmental HOD and EDC faculty coordinators.

Startup Yatra Boot Camp and Idea Pitching

Under the initiative taken by Government of Maharashtra and India, a Boot camp conducted in our institute. Students from various colleges participated in the pitching session. There were 80 pitching sessions out of which 23 were selected for next round in Nagpur. 4 teams from our institute has been selected.
Movie screening

We organized movie screening session for of college students. The movie is “Pursuit of Happiness”. The Passion, Hard work, Patience of the actor teach us NEVER GIVE UP thing. This is more important thing for becoming an Entrepreneur.

Industrial visit to JM Sand Blasting and Casting

Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Government College of Engineering Aurangabad have visited JM Sand blasting of Shendra MIDC Aurangabad. In that visit, students observed many things like how to remove burr from casting product, how to do casting, how furnace work with particular temperature. This visit has specially arranged for mechanical students due to that interaction between students and industry increased. Students learnt many things like casting and its process.
CIIE Visit (Ahmadabad)

Purpose -to study and learn the processes occurring under incubation cantered also analyzing any scope for getting them in incubation center of our college. CIIE one of the well-known incubation center provides incubating services varying according to models and aims and includes providing incubation or cowering space, lab space, new technological facilities, utilities, growth funds, mentoring, advisory support and network and linkages. Various activities appreciable and implementable are enlisted.
MCED Visit

EDC was arranged a MCED (Maharashtra Centre for Entrepreneurship development). Visit under Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Government College of Engineering Aurangabad, for Entrepreneurship development team of college. For making entrepreneurial culture among students and want to make students aware about entrepreneurship. MCED Visit gives the information about taking a small competition related to Entrepreneur and taking different activities for different year. And we got the information about two test AMT (Achievement Motivational Test) and EDI (Entrepreneurship Development International) which are useful for future Entrepreneurs.
New Initiatives
ANKUR Startup Cell

At the Starting of this year we also establish ANKUR Startup cell in collaboration with EDC.Ankur Incubation Centre is just like, Incubators for babies. Same way new business is like a baby. Ankur Incubation centre nurture then and get them married, as in providing them every single thing thing for thier Start-up, Launching and Growth.

Our college also taken initiative of starting incubation center. 25th of January will be the date of inauguration. Objective of Incubation Centre is to make an ecosystem for students, alumini and faculty by providing them opportunities to transfer their business idea into reality.
