Let’s meet the "Chota Packet Bada Dhamaka" of the Entrepreneur world from Amchi Mumbai Tilak Mehta. Innovation doesn’t have any age limit and Tilak Mehta is one of those who have marked their name in this list. Breaking all the stereotypes back in 2019 Tilak started a start-up named "Paper-N-Parcel" & became the ‘Youngest Entrepreneur’ of the world.

One day the student inside him needed some books in dire condition, but they were in another corner of the city. Then he decided to take help from the courier company but he came to know that its charges were much more than the price of the book itself.

Some days after he saw how the Dabbawalas keep parcelling the tiffin from one corner to another on time through the hustle & bustle of the Metro city effectively. Being amazed by the punctual parcelling of the Dabbawalas and to overcome his problem the start-up idea of “Paper-N-Parcel” took birth.

Tilak took this network chain of Dabbawalas as their speed parcelling trick to deliver not only food items but also non-food items which includes simple stationery items such as pencils to vital documents from door-to-door pick-up.

This start-up now has more than 200 employees, also daily, more than 400 Dabbawalas are connected to Paper-N-Parcel. It has given the Dabbawalas of Mumbai much more Lime-Light. It is a complete mixture of technology & traditional methodology. Since this start-up is based on a mobile application on which one can pick and order their delivery which is cooperatively run by the traditional Dabbawalas. It is a perfect example of “Innovation with Tradition”. This young boy has won the ‘Global Child Prodigy’ award in January 2020. He was among the 100s in the Prodigies List 2020.

This start-up teaches us that

"Where there is a Will there is a Way."

since the dire need of getting books took him to a turnover of 100 crores. He is an inspiration to many young minds proving entrepreneurship doesn’t have any age barrier.
